Ayurveda is the traditional healing system from India that is literally translated as ‘the science of life.’ Through healthy daily practices and aligning with natural rhythms, one can prevent disease and create health on a daily basis. And although the outcome of Ayurvedic lifestyle and treatment is a healthy body and mind, the true aim of Ayurveda is to connect us to a deeper experience of who we are.
At Attune, we believe that wellbeing is based on seeking harmony with the nature around you, as well as the nature within you — your ‘True Self’.
MEET AKIKO
Akiko Vissac : Founder, Ayurvedic Therapist
Hello, I’m Akiko, a compassionate healer, originally from countryside in Japan. Influenced by my grandmother, a gifted massage therapist, I discovered the wonder of healing touch and the mysteries of Reiki from a young age. This profound connection with my grandmother’s healing artistry led me on a path back to my ancestral traditions.
I’m a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, and my studies have extended to Reiki healing, dry cupping, and pelvic herbal steaming. My ultimate aspiration is to bring happiness, vitality, and inner balance to as many lives as possible. Join me on this transformative journey.
Our serene healing space is located in the historic Stockade District of Kingston, NY. We offer Ayurvedic massage and holistic treatments at Opera House Kingston— an inviting office building space where all are welcome. Come visit us to elevate and channel your inner and outer beauty.

We require at lease 24 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Cancellations / Reschedule within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Life happens, but please communicate any need to reschedule as quickly as possible. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your scheduled service price.
*A credit card number will be taken at the time of scheduling, in order to reserve your appointment. Credit card will not charged outside of the appointment cancellation policy.

If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, allergies, injuries that may influence your treatment experience, please be advised to consult their doctors before booking for any services. Kindly inform your therapist for any existing medical conditions.

Please arrive 5 mins before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. We want your time at Attune to be relaxed and wonderful experience, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time; we’ll do our best to avoid that but it’s not always possoible.
