WHAT IS YONI STEAMING?

“Yoni” is a Sanskrit word associated with the womb, source, and origin.

Yoni steaming is a traditional practice of sitting over warm herbal steam, allowing the gentle warmth to surround your intimate area and pelvic region.

Enveloped in warmth, your awareness is invited inward — toward the intimate center of your body.

A quiet moment to slow down, feel yourself from within, and notice what is already there.

THE EXPERIENCE

Wearing a comfortable gown, you’ll sit on a specially designed steam box with an opening in the seat, allowing warm herbal steam to rise gently beneath you.

An herbal blend will be selected for your session based on your individual needs.

For 30 or 45 minutes, enjoy quiet, uninterrupted time to yourself.

There is nothing you need to do. Simply rest, feel, and notice whatever arises.

TRADITIONAL USES & WELL-BEING

Yoni steaming has traditionally been used as a form of feminine self-care, associated with different stages of life and reproductive well-being.

The gentle warmth can bring a sense of comfort and relaxation. Some people also experience unexpected emotions during their session.

Each experience is different. A quiet opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and notice what is present.

Yoni steaming has traditionally been practiced as a form of feminine self-care and a ritual of warmth, rest, and connection with the body.

What is YONI PICHU?

Yoni Pichu (Pichu means “cotton swab” or “padding”) is a traditional Ayurvedic practice in which a small piece of cotton soaked in herbal oil is gently placed inside the vagina.

Offered as an optional addition to your Yoni Steaming session, it is a traditional form of intimate feminine care.
